APRON SWAP!!!

So there is a little blog that I LOVE!! The author of the blog is Abby. She always has great ideas that are cheap and simple to make. And she's also LDS! She is hosting an apron swap. Basically all it is, is you make an apron send it to your secret sister and then someone sends you one. It's soo fun. Not only do you get to make a fun apron and recieve one but you get to make a new friends in a different part of the U.S. or even across the world. My secret sister lives in a different part of the world. Near where my husband Kyler served his mission!

Spring in a can!

So I saw this idea on Etsy and you know me I see something and I try to recreate it!
I made this for my Mother in Law for mothers day.

Basically all it is is a empty paint can.
decorate the outside how you want...
The fill with dirt and add wheat grass seeds...
water 2 times a day and VOILA you will have grass.

I know it sounds odd but it is sooo cute and a GREAT gift idea. Grass is the new thing in home decoration.

So try it out.. use a small can or planter and put in into you bathroom...kitchen..coffee table theres no limit. You will receive so many compliments on how cute it is!
